With a portfolio of over 39,000 properties, Annington is one of the largest private real estate owners in the UK. The majority of Annington’s properties are rented by the MoD to provide housing for Service families in England and Wales.
When these properties are no longer required by the MoD, Annington’s aim is simple – to refurbish and return these homes to the UK’s national housing stock for either sale or rent.
Since 1996, Annington has repurposed and refurbished over 17,000 former military homes often providing young people, key workers and military personnel with the opportunity to become home owners for the first time.
